Actually want kuso uncle help mi take blood de,but she busy having blood taken,so enlisted the help of feng er..Her phlebotomy skills quite good leh,painless de.....Or maybe lming drew my blood already become the standard le,anything less painful than that is nt pain.

Then results come out...I gt many antibodies,looks like my HEP B jab still works,not like Han rong and jun xian.. So Sad,need go for booster.HEHE!! Then also realise the whole phlebotomy set i kope costs=$12+4($0.80)+4($1)+$1=20.20. Oh my!!! oh well i gt pay school fees de hor..

Choing all the way Home,only to choing back to my aikido class.
I like aidiko class sia,the people there are nice... and its more fun and relaxed compared to TKD... Please Note: I nt saying TKD pple nt nice hor...they also nice de.

TKD training more about training power and accuracy in kicks,need a lot of str...
Being nt so strong and flexible,i prefer to focus on techniques like in aikido.

Normally class is like u find ur own partners and throw/slam/lock/flip each other...and its uses the opponent energy instead of urs so you dun feel tired executing the attacks..

Oh ya,i Hate my current blog skin.. Anyone can help mi find a better and more nicer blogskin which is not pink/purple/yellow/orange? Help is greatly appreciated.

Basically went to collect new ez-link card with jun xian and his 'always see on train on the way back de friend' and nic in the morning cause near mah...Haha,then i do hack and bypass 1 station.I pro de mah,they all need queue so long at 3 stations to get the whole procedure done,but i only 2 steps.
Late for Biosafety,but still marking attendance so Ok lor.....Then actually want to do our immuno datasheets at library but den oh well,dunno y Go eat lunch liao..Den when Going print the thingy,that stupid printer scam clem of his money,LOL then check le hor,found out we were not its victims.So ma fan,so Go another printer and print.

Immuno was short but i forgt bring calculator so take beri long =.=,nxt time rmb bring le.Aikido Training more hoing le,this time learn 4 submission moves,looks quite chim de.So tio throw and throw pple lor,great way to destress leh...I like throwing pple,so fun sia (:

Morning 8am =.=,always liddat de ,so early.Ore-sama haven't wake up properly leh.Cchem lesson always fun of things to write de.At least this prac gt do something..

1st Prac-->Talking abt wad food to Eat and etc
2nd Prac-->live demo of how to Tie a bun(by Han rong and Jun xian)-->Volunteer:Huiying keke.
3rd Prac-->Start le but still quite messy.Liming somemore made a durex for himself,and jun xian,andy etc were playing with distilled water.LOL

TMCD was fast,just basically do what we do in our FYP,extract the DNA..
den Audrey Yuen or rather Huiying brought the greatest news,5pm lesson cancelled.WOOT!!!! That's like the phrase i've been longing to hear since the 1st week.

8am again,for FYP PCR running.We went there early and waited like 30mins and mr woo still never turned up.So i went up to check and it seems that he already forgotten about it.>.<

Went back to lab,realised they still there doing the cells leh,nv pang seh us all the way sia.So Good sia..So started doing PCR again,den they do finish le. So pang seh us again... Tio pang seh twice in a day LOL (: Ai ya,but if its mi,i think i also will pang seh leh,need wait 1 1/2 hours just to Go Home Together,like a bit not worth it leh.

Finally FYP project chosen:Prevalence of HERV-H distribution in local population(under WWH)

Actually not bad leh our project,at least beri straightforward and less confusing...

Basically What we need to do is to collect samples from at least 400 people and extract the DNA out and check and See if there is this HERV-H gene.

Basically our experiment subject p44 is not growing well after 1 wk,hardly see under increase of cells.It's like the not dead but no growth type of cell.So rethaw lor(Liquid nitrogen beri Cool leh,can use in wedding de) and here comes our experiment subject no p42.Hope it can grow well and not fail like p44

OMGish!!! Our Positive control of the conventional method turned out -ve.Y liddat de arh? It is add too little?Positive control error means whole thing gt error de leh...Then hor,justina they all also results wrong but theirs is controls degraded liao,so not their FAULT.Dammit,cannot laugh at them.
