(FYP)
Finally FYP project chosen:Prevalence of HERV-H distribution in local population(under WWH)

Actually not bad leh our project,at least beri straightforward and less confusing...

Basically What we need to do is to collect samples from at least 400 people and extract the DNA out and check and See if there is this HERV-H gene.

(Micro Cell Line)
Basically our experiment subject p44 is not growing well after 1 wk,hardly see under increase of cells.It's like the not dead but no growth type of cell.So rethaw lor(Liquid nitrogen beri Cool leh,can use in wedding de) and here comes our experiment subject no p42.Hope it can grow well and not fail like p44

(TCMD,Gel running)
OMGish!!! Our Positive control of the conventional method turned out -ve.Y liddat de arh? It is add too little?Positive control error means whole thing gt error de leh...Then hor,justina they all also results wrong but theirs is controls degraded liao,so not their FAULT.Dammit,cannot laugh at them.

(Singapore Flyer)
This is one of the easier and simpler and better PTNs.You know y? Cause is teacher settle de,so noone object mah.So this time everyone got attend.Grr Huiying!!! Dun need plan PTN...The Flyer like so far away from the station lar and weather somemore so HOT..Ore-sama walking also,starting to melt le...Then finally reached the flyer,went to Popeyes to Eat onion rings,which is ok bah but is real the onion de....In the flyer,take many pics but hor the flyer like so fast reach the ground le.Supposed to be 30 mins but feel up like 10 mins onli.Liddat $30 gone le,luckily we dun need pay a single cent.Den headed to Marina Square to eat Carl Jr and then walk around to do window shopping..
